Victoria’s Secret Angels Bregje Heinen, Jasmine Tookes and Romee Strijd Attend Lili Claspe’s Wedding
Dressing for a wedding as a guest can be tricky territory, with a whole set of rules to navigate, sometimes unspoken. But, as Victoria’s Secret Angels Bregje Heinen, Jasmine Tookes and Romee Strijd demonstrated over the weekend, you can never go wrong with simplicity. The trio supported their mutual friend Los Angeles jewelry designer Lili Claspe as she got married at Malibu’s Rocky Oaks Vineyard. With a background consisting of the mountains and Pacific ocean, perched on the top of a hill, the Victoria’s Secret Angels all opted for outfits that complemented the setting.
Jasmine Tookes, who modeled Victoria’s Secret’s $3 million fantasy bra last year, opted for a low-key look with a floral flowing, halter maxi dress that popped against the backdrop of the Santa Monica mountains. “Congrats @lili_claspe,” she wrote on Instagram, in the caption of a photo she shared of herself giving an air kiss to the bride, alongside Strijd and Heinen.
Meanwhile, Heinen wore the color of the year, millennial pink. She opted for a mid-length slip dress, which she paired with nude stiletto heel sandals. While Heinen’s heels definitely wouldn’t work for anyone — especially while standing on the edge of a cliff — she’s clearly a natural in them. Strijd wore similarly risky footwear: a pair of strappy pointed heels, which she gave an up-close glimpse of on Instagram. “Malibu sunsets,” she wrote in a caption that showed off the rest of her outfit, a long-sleeve army green dress with a built-in choker.
“Thanks for having us at your magical wedding @lili_claspe, congratulations,” she wrote in another post, with dreamy magic hour lighting.
The bride — who wore a long-sleeve, lace Berta gown — also posted a photo alongside her Victoria’s Secret Angel friends, as well as photos from the day, sharing a closeup of her makeup by Amy Clarke, writing, “Yesterday was a DREAM come true??more pics coming but first, GLAM?”
She also posted photos from the ceremony, with the caption, “Moments turned to memories captured on the best day of my life ? from @ritani jewels to dancing with my 97 year old Dede to Despacito, it truly was a night to remember.”
