Snowboot city: Surviving the shows today

The blizzard left some of us wondering what the most sensible footwear would be to brave the slush and ice during New York fashion week. Some diehards threw caution to the wind and put their faith in normally appropriate YSL, Chanel or Burberry heels. But we salute those who said %&#! it, and went for the indestructible Dr. Martens (or chic-yet-sturdy Demeulemeester boots).
