Rodarte Fall 2014: Backstage Beauty

Four sparkly coats weren’t the only glittery moment at Rodarte’s Fall 2014 show, where the theme of childhood fairy tale nostalgia inspired the makeup artist James Kaliardos to glitter up the models’ pouts using a base of NARS deep mauve lipstick. Hairstylist Odile Gilbert created “princess” looks by letting hair air-dry in braids, then enhancing the Rapunzel-like curls with John Frieda Frizz Ease Curl Reviver styling mousse ($6, ulta.com). Even the nails had a fairy princess element, courtesy of manicurist Tracy Lee’s coating of Sally Hansen’s glittery Pink Dream polish.
