“The key word is ‘glow,’” said Tom Pecheux, who created the makeup look at Ralph Lauren’s Fall 2014 show. “She’s that woman who doesn’t need to do anything but look beautiful.” Pecheux complimented the mostly off-white collection by dabbing a bit of Tom Ford Shade & Illuminate bronzer duo ($75, neimanmarcus.com) to eyelids and cheekbones. Since Lauren combined his Polo collection with his straight-up eponymous one, hairstylist Guido Palau created two looks—loose, pretty waves for the former and refined ponies for the latter, which were sprayed with Redken Pillow Proof Blow Dry Express Primer (redken.com) and Pillow Proof Two Day Extender (redken.com) at the crown area, then finger-combed for some textural elegance.
