Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to embark on a major international royal tour as husband and wife and you better believe they’ll be doing it in style. According to The Herald Sun, the royal couple will be staying in an ultra-luxe mansion called Villa del Mare when they visit Sydney this coming October.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex will be in town to attend the fourth Invictus Games, the sports competition for wounded and ill soldiers and veterans that Harry founded in 2014. Their royal tour will also take them to New Zealand, Fiji, and the Kingdom of Tonga. But when they’re not cheering on the athletes, they’ll probably be relishing in all the luxurious amenities of their not-so-humble abode, which sits on Sydney’s shimmering waterfront and boasts “spectacular beachfront views.” Among them: an infinity pool, a wine cellar, eight bathrooms, six bedrooms, a bar, and a gym, according to a rental listing. There’s also various dining terraces where the couple can enjoy their evening meals while watching the sunset over Sydney Harbour. The home is three levels, which means there will be plenty of room to accommodate staff and guests, if by chance Harry and Meghan ever feel like hosting a little soirée. It’s no wonder the home’s price tag is an eye-popping $40 million.

And if you’re having trouble envisioning the palatial mega-mansion, fear not. There’s a lovely tour video. Even Meghan — who’s already seen her fair share of real-life palaces (and been gifted one by Queen Elizabeth II) in her short time as a princess — has to be taken aback by this stunning piece of property.
