Michael Kors Fall 2015’s Sexy Bedheads
“We asked the models to wash their hair last night and let it dry while they slept,” said hairstylist Orlando Pita backstage at Michael Kors’ Fall 2015 show. Leaving the texture naturally wavy and rumpled, Pita pulled all the hair back with a gentle hand and slowly shook it, letting pieces fall out around the models’ faces. He then tied the remaining strands into a barely-there ponytail with “you didn’t look in a mirror” appeal, he said. The fresh-from-bed look continued on the face where makeup artist Dick Page combined brown and red cream blushes to create a custom flush for the cheeks, leaving everything else bare save a hint of brown liner.
