Well, Kylie Jenner is Reportedly Pregnant
Lipgloss mogul Kylie Jenner is expecting her first child with boyfriend Travis Scott. The surprising (even by Kardashian standards) news was first reported by TMZ, but quickly confirmed by Page Six, People and others.
“It is an unexpected but completely amazing turn of events that she could not be more excited or thrilled about,” a source told People.
Jenner, 20, began dating 25-year-old Scott, a rapper and producer affiliated with brother-in-law Kanye West’s GOOD Music label, only back in April. The pair quickly cemented their relationship by getting matching butterfly tattoos on their ankles in June.
Jenner hasn’t been seen out in public recently, and many have noticed she’s only posted selectively cropped selfies or older photos to social media in the past few weeks. Though, there’s no word on far along she is. TMZ claims she’s expecting a girl, but other outlets haven’t gone that far yet.
The imminent Jenner-Scott baby may not be the only grandchild for family matriarch Kris Jenner on the way. Sister Kim Kardashian and husband West are reportedly expecting a child via surrogate. The family hasn’t denied or confirmed the rumors, but Kardashian said earlier this month that she’ll confirm the reports when she’s ready.
The two children would be the seventh and eight grandchildren for Kris Jenner. Kim and West are already parents to North and Saint West, while Kourtney Kardashian and ex-husband Scott Disick have children Mason, Penelope and Reign. Rob Kardashian and Black Chyna welcomed Dream Renée Kardashian late last year. The future Jenner-Scott tot would also have 5 cousins on the Jenner side, two of whom were also born in 2016.
Not that Kylie would need it (her cosmetics company could be worth as much as $1 billion by 2022), but clearly the family can save some money on combined babysitting costs if they need.
Incidentally, the 14th season of the family’s Keeping Up With The Kardashians debuts on Sunday.
