When guitar icon Johnny Ramone’s autobiography, Commando, comes out April 2 (Abrams Image), the pugilistic punk pioneer may, eight years after his death, finally have the last word—on his spat with Malcolm McLaren, his spat with Joey Ramone, and his spat with the leftist ethos of punk rock. (To the likely horror of all the Bowery, he once declared, “Ronald Reagan was the best president of our lifetime.”)
