Early next month I’ll be heading to Brimfield for one of the biggest antique fairs in the country—and since I have a long history of traveling around both the US and Europe with friends or family hunting down those perfect items to complete our homes, I’ll probably end up taking the whole thing way too seriously. At any rate, each piece of my clothing is planned out to a T. Most important, of course, is a comfortable pair of sneakers, but I also always carry two purses—a small one with easy access to cash and credit cards, and another to easily carry small purchases. Jeans and a lightweight button-up always work for a long day in the trenches.
