As soon as you think the arc of Nike’s Vapormax sneaker campaign has hit peak hype, be brand drops six new shades, including one that looks a lot like “Millennial pink.” March marked the 30th anniversary of the Air Max, and the rollout of events, new releases, and collaborations is still not over. On “Air Max Day,” the 25-year-old rapper Travis Scott performed for an intimate crowd in a pair of fresh new Vapormax, and on Thursday, it was revealed that he is the new face of the “Day to Night” Vapormax campaign, which is inspired by the range of colors seen in the sky from dusk until dawn.
