On the second day of the new year, Hollywood continued to celebrate 2016’s best film performances on Monday night at the 28th Annual International Palm Springs Film Festival. Natalie Portman and Nicole Kidman both stunned in Dior, while Ruth Negga took home the prize for best dressed in a dreamy Valentino gown.
