So instead of debating whether or not you’ll stick to your new year’s resolutions, we’ve asked models like Kendall Jenner, Elsa Hosk and Sara Sampaio to share their favorite workouts. And there’s something for everybody: while Adriana Lima and Ashley Graham love New York City hot spot Dogpound, French beauty Camille Rowe prefers a spontaneous dance party. Model Arizona Muse likes to go to Equinox and Xtend. She explains, “It’s like barre, but more extension than barre. It’s one of those workouts where you don’t sweat that much, you sweat a bit, but it’s not like circuit training where you are drenched in sweat. It is so effective—muscle toning, waist cinching, thigh shrinking, everything!”

French model Camille Rowe prefers a “spontaneous solo dance party” to a trip to the gym. “I always have music on at home and I’m always shaking a leg.” But she also likes yoga and walking. “I do yoga every morning. It’s become like a meditation to me,” she says. “I live on a hike so I’ll go for walks once or twice a day. I love an activity!”
