With actress Andie MacDowell and model Paul Qualley as parents, Margaret Qualley has been on the red carpet since she was small enough to be carried down it, rather than walking on her own two feet. The 21-year-old actress began performing at a young age — training at the American Ballet Theatre, then dabbling with modeling. Recently, she landed roles on The Leftovers, in the film Palo Alto in 2014, and now The Nice Guys, where she stars alongside Ryan Gosling and Russell Crowe. Here’s a look back at how she went from her mother’s stunning date at Cannes to standing all on her own.
