Jamie Hawkesworth: A Short, Pleasurable Journey

The rare major fashion photographer who arrived by way of journalistic work, Jamie Hawkesworth‘s first solo exhibition, opening April 15 at Brooklyn’s Red Hook Labs, is a return to the W contributor’s rich documentary imagery—and to his native Britain, where the English photographer, who shot J.W. Anderson‘s Spring 2016 campaign, traveled to the atmospheric Shetland Island, in Scotland’s northernmost reaches, for the 51-work show, “A Short, Pleasurable Journey.”
