Before he headed to Paris and built a surprisingly sturdy label, Simon Porte Jacquemus grew up in the Provençal countryside, surrounded by horses and markets en plein air. The former made an appearance on his runway last spring, and for this one, he brought a hint of home to Paris Fashion Week again with a free-spirited collection that forwent formalities like pants for details like lace and polka dots, topping it all off with straw hats and rosy cheeks.
