For Spring 2017, Moschino creative director Jeremy Scott drew inspiration from the Jacqueline Susann novel Valley of the Dolls–and so models, including sisters Gigi and Bella Hadid and W‘s October cover star Irina Shayk, hit the runway as paper dolls in two-dimensional dresses with tabs, and trompe l’oeil swimwear.
