In Chloe Wise’s New Clubhouse, There Is Both Lacroix and Lasagna

Having just launched her first-ever book in New York, the artist Chloe Wise headed back home to Canada to fill Montreal’s Division Gallery with a fresh take on her favorite artistic trappings: paintings of her crew of friends, and plentiful helpings of urethane carbs and Lacroix can art in dangerous places. Open until January, “Cats Not Fighting Is a Horrible Sound As Well” unites the two under a wooden, Italian cellar-inspired structure.
