The New Band of Outsiders Makes Its New York Fashion Week Debut

“It’s a delicate thing, re-envisioning an American brand,” said Niklaus Hodel, one of the three Antwerp-based designers tasked with reviving Scott Sternberg’s cult label Band of Outsiders. The brand closed up shop suddenly last year, but now, under new creative direction, it’s making a comeback. Its first challenge: New York Fashion Week Spring 2017.
