Around the World with Jetset Photographer Eric Boman
While Eric Boman has spent much of the last few decades putting his camera to use shooting fashion spreads for magazines like Vogue, from time to time he turned his lens to the sights around him, too. That was a welcome development, especially as Boman happens to have been everywhere from Marrakech and Managua to Stockholm and Saint-Tropez. His new book, “Eric Boman: A Wandering Eye,” published by Damiani, chronicles his travels from 1975 to 2005, and marks the first time those images have been seen by anyone except perhaps his frequent travel companion and longtime partner, fellow photographer Peter Schlesinger.
