Though Adèle Exarchopoulos has opted mainly for black and white looks this season, her choices have been anything but safe. For the Critics’ Choice Awards, the star brazenly sported a sheer Louis Vuitton dress over black biking shorts as she claimed her award for Best Young Actress.

For ‘Les Lumieres 2014’ Cinema Awards in Paris, Exarchopoulos picked up the Female Newcomer Award in a modern shift dress by Miu Miu. Jeweled-heel sandals, also by Miu Miu, were the perfect balance for her embellished collar.

Tying with Cate Blanchett for Best Actress is no small feat, though Exarchopoulos did just that at the 2014 LAFCA Awards in a crackled black and white dress by Balmain.

Exarchopoulos picked up the Female Breakthrough Performance Award at the National Board of Review Awards Gala in a lace Louis Vuitton dress and color-blocked Jimmy Choo sandals. Her messy fishtail braid, winged eyeliner, and red nails were the perfect finishing touches.

Finally adding a bit of color to her red carpet repertoire, Exarchopoulos donned a youthful look at the César Nominee Luncheon. Combining a floral Valentino baby doll dress (paired with her favorite Prada shoes) with sleek, straight hair and a strong, bold cat eye added up to ’60s perfection.

Exarchopoulos stepped out in yet another Valentino mini-dress for the premiere of La Belle et la Bete. With messy hair and mid-calf boots, the casual look was cute, but lacked the refined charm of her Valentino debut.
