W counts down music videos directed by some today's highest-budget movie directors.
We may know them for their big-budget big-screen hits, but some notable A-list directors have also applied their talents to the small-screen. David Fincher, who directed Justin Timberlake in The Social Network, recently teamed up with him again on a new video, “Suit & Tie”. Before Bad Boys, Michael Bay spent his 20s working on commercials and music videos including the Divinyls’ “I Touch Myself”. And then there is Spike Lee’s fitting collaboration with Public Enemy on “Fight the Power”. Here, W counts down some of the most surprising—and fantastic—music video mash-ups.
