Dick Page, Paul Hanlon, and Deborah Lippmann came together to create a cool, Debbie Harry-inspired beauty look for Narciso Rodriguez’s Spring 2015 show—a departure from the designer’s usual minimalist aesthetic. “We’ve been so precise and so polished and so refined, I thought it was time to let the girl out to play a little bit,” explained Page, the makeup artist. Using a discontinued gel eyeliner from Shiseido, he created a chunky, imperfect black wedge around the lid, leaving the rest of the skin as bare as possible. Lippmann followed suit with nails, layering her Flat Top matte top coat ($20, deborahlippmann.com) over Terra Nova, a warm camel hue from her Summer 2015 collection. Hanlon kept the hair natural and easy, using Tresemme’s Climate Control Mousse to add texture and Split Remedy ($5, drugstore.com) on the ends.
