Fresh off conquering Calabasas casual wear, Kanye West has now set his sights on jewelry. In collaboration with rap video-famous Jacob the Jeweler, West has officially debuted a collection of 12 pieces that ranges from pendant necklaces to bangles. The pendants boast religious imagery from the inspiring art, and there are bracelets and rings with more streamlined shapes and classic knotted designs. Vogue points out that the collection is “inspired by 14th-century Florentine art, such as Donatello’s bas-relief portraits, and evoke a classical romance.”

West told the publication, “I wanted to create something that represented timeless love.” The jewelry was shown on the Yeezy Season 4 runway, where the world first caught glimpse of the pieces. It was also on the runway of his most recent Season 5 collection. Jewelry is a first for West as a designer.

His sneakers have long since been coveted and sell out nearly just as quickly as they are released. His sportswear-inspired collections range from bodysuits to sweats, and fur and shearling coats alike. As for accessories, his collections are filled with everything from baseball caps to thigh-high suede boots.

West’s wife Kim Kardashian has already taken the Yeezy jewelry pieces for test-drives, though you may not have even noticed it. Most recently, the Calabasas native layered on the pendant necklaces while stepping onto the red carpet in a sheer black mini dress at the MTV Video Music Awards last August. West has also modeled his own designs, wearing a pendant chain paired with a sporty sweatshirt and distressed denim in January.

Although the pieces do not come cheap, ranging from $3,000 to $12,000, they are currently on sale on the Yeezy e-commerce store. At those prices, it might take more than five minutes for the allotment to sell out, unlike his recent Adidas collaboration.
