And there was apparently “lots of laughter.”

President Donald Trump may not enjoy Alec Baldwin’s portrayal of him on Saturday Night Live to the point of repeatedly tweeting about it, but Hillary Clinton appears to be a big fan of her latest SNL doppelganger.

During a whirlwind week in New York City that included taking in Broadway shows and speaking at a stamp dedication ceremony in honor of her late friend Oscar de la Renta, Clinton found time to have dinner with her comedy counterpart on Wednesday evening. Yes, Hillary Rodham Clinton and Kate McKinnon broke bread together.

Their evening together reportedly went quite smoothly: “Lots of laughter emanated from their table,” an onlooker at Orso, the Midtown Italian restaurant where they dined, reported to Page Six{: rel=nofollow}. Other guests at the restaurant took notice of the epic Clinton-McKinnon dinner date, and some even reportedly chanted “Lock him up!”—a twist on the anti-Clinton cheer often heard at Trump rallies. Clinton capped off her night by attending a performance of Sunset Boulevard—sans McKinnon—where she received (yet another) a standing ovation.

McKinnon became the seventh cast member to portray Clinton on SNL in 2015, and the two even shared the stage together at Studio 8H during the premiere of season 41. After Clinton lost the election, McKinnon, as Clinton, delivered a somber and moving performance of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah.” Since the election, McKinnon has moved on to impersonate Kellyanne Conway and Elizabeth Warren on the show.

After spending her first few post-election months in relative solitude and only popping up in the public eye on hiking trails and the odd bookshop, it seems that Clinton is finally warming up to being back on the town.
