Fall Is Sending Storm King’s Leaf Peepers Into an Instagram Frenzy
New Yorkers are flocking to the Hudson Valley’s favorite sculpture park while they still can.
It’s leaf peeping season in New York, which means that lately, everyone from Uma Thurman to Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively has been making their way upstate. And while the fall foliage can also be appreciated from the Hudson Valley’s various parks and pumpkin patches, Storm King Art Center is your best shot at doing so while also getting your art fix — for the next couple of weeks, that is. As December approaches, Instagrammers have been heading to the outdoor sculpture park in droves, capturing the massive works by the likes of Richard Serra, Louise Bourgeois, and Roy Lichtenstein while the backdrop that first inspired Hudson River School painters like Thomas Cole is at its best. See their best shots, here.
