Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren weaved new and old for their Fall 2016 haute couture collection. While denim doesn’t often find its way onto the couture runways, the designers embellished jeans with buttons and handwoven rows of leftover fabrics, including pieces from their first collection in 1993. Tops consisted of layers upon layers of tulle, plus wilted black top hats for a full Mad Hatter, or scrapper, look.
