Sonia Rykiel Forever: A Tribute to the Late Designer for Spring 2017

Sonia Rykiel creative director Julie de Libran paid homage to the brand’s eponymous founder who passed away this summer at the age of 86 at the Spring 2017 show at Paris Fashion Week. Models closed the show in sweaters that spelled out “Rykiel forever,” and the collection itself also paid homage to Rykiel’s legacy of feminine yet functional fashion.
