Here, we give the fall trend some currency. Makeup artist Deanna Melluso reimagines the liner look on Aussie model Chloe Wheatcroft. The runway sophomore walked exclusively for Celine in Paris, where stylist Guido Palau gave her this perfect eye-framing fringe.
